Important: you have two separate logins

Your LifeFile username and password are different from your Progress Pharmacy website login — this is intentional. LifeFile handles prescription ordering and protected patient information under HIPAA, so it is kept separate for security. Use your website login for the Dashboard & Formulary, and your LifeFile login for ordering.
